The property is 1 km away from Tracino, the nearest village . The 3 buildings (villa and mini-apartments) are all situated in the same parcel of land of approximately 3000 square meters that enjoys a beautiful scenery all around and that guarantees enough privacy with respect to the surrounding environment which is not, in any case, congested at all. You will appreciate the fact that not many buildings are around. Outside you can use the barbecue if you wish and you also find a convenient shower for when you get back from the beach.
