  5. Complete as many vacation rentals as desired;
• Livingaway.com will not be liable for any loss of information due to inattention of members or technical issues.
• Livingaway.com will not be liable for any slowing down or unavailability of the website for any duration.
• Livingaway.com will bare no liability whatsoever to damage, theft or mistreatment of the exchanged properties.
• Livingaway.com will not be liable for any inconsistency of information with the reality or any troubles occurring before, during or after the exchange.
